Ogni Suono returns to live performances!
Ogni Suono celebrates ten years together with the premiere of /tele/path by Atlanta-based Singaporean composer Emily Koh alongside a retrospective of the twenty-some works commissioned by the duo from the past decade and Shelley Washington’s BIG Talk. This includes selected works from our 2018 album SaxoVoce (New Focus Recordings) and our 2015 release Invisible Seams.

Online lessons!
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, I have moved all of my lessons to an online format for the time being. As a result, I am able to welcome new students from all over the world to my studio! See the lessons page for more info.
‘SaxoVoce’ reviewed at I Care If You Listen
Daniel Schreiner gave SaxoVoce a great review this week at ICareIfYouListen.com. Check it out and buy the album!
“SaxoVoce is a tour de force of new possibilities for saxophone and voice, providing a blueprint for the creation of future saxophone duo repertoire. The album’s featured works contain enough formal and stylistic variety to sustain close listening engagement throughout; furthermore, Even and Pierick’s playing highlights a veritable encyclopedia of sound-production techniques spanning the saxophone/voice spectrum. With SaxoVoce, Ogni Suono insists on the saxophone’s versatility, its expressive power and unique voice—suggesting that the sax does not simply belong within the distinguished pantheon of “classical” instruments, but rather may exist somewhere further beyond.”
Ogni Suono releases 2nd album ‘SaxoVoce’
Ogni Suono released SaxoVoce on Sept. 7! We have been touring the album since September and are off to China and Taiwan next month for more performances of music from the disc. More info and purchase your copy at New Focus Recordings.
